Refund policy

The 14-Day Standard We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

The Condition Check If a returned item shows any signs of wear, stretching, deodorant stains, or smells of cologne/detergent, the return will be immediately rejected and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Return Shipping Buyers are 100% responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. SARK does not refund the original shipping cost from your initial purchase.
