SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Fulfillment Schedule To ensure strict quality control, all SARK orders are processed and shipped in batches twice a week, strictly on Mondays and Thursdays.

• Orders placed between Thursday and Sunday ship on Monday.

• Orders placed between Monday and Wednesday ship on Thursday.

Tracking & Delivery All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Once your order is packed and the thermal shipping label is printed, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the USPS system to scan the package and update the tracking status.

Lost or Stolen Packages SARK is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to USPS and scanned into their system. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipment fee.
